Silver Rill House is situated on Bredon Hill and inside Cotswold parkland. A gate leads from the property directly onto a public right of way up this southern side of Bredon Hill providing a gentle walk with wonderful views of several counties on a clear day. 
BURLINGTON HOUSE is a tastefully refurbished Victorian house situated less than 1 mile from junction 11 of the M5 motorway and half a mile from Cheltenham Spa railway station. Should the room then be cancelled 48 hours before arrival, a full refund [less £20 booking deposit] will be given. For rooms cancelled within 48 hours, the first night accommodation will be charged. SPECIAL: At certain times of the year different payment and cancellation terms are applied. For example, Cheltenham Gold Cup in March and the November Open Race meeting when full payment is taken at the time of booking and no refunds are given.
